NASIONALXPOS.CO.ID, BADUNG —Badung Resort Police Chief AKBP. Leo Dedy Defretes, received an audience with the NU One Century Celebration Sholawat committee in the leadership meeting room, Kebo Iwa street No 1, Mengwi, Badung Regency, Bali. Thursday (26/1/2023) at 11.00 AM Central Indonesian Time.
“Badung Resort Police, are ready to support and secure this religious activity. Because this activity is a mandate from our country, Indonesia, to always uphold God’s values (Pancasila) as well as the message from the President to give freedom to carry out worship activities in accordance with their respective beliefs each,” the Badung Police Chief said, starting with a welcome greeting and thanking for coming to the Badung Police Headquarters.
Separately, the chairman of the Gebyar Sholawat committee, Haji Suseso explained that, the implementation of the one century prayer celebration on the birthday of NU was held on Sunday, February 5, starting at 06.00 AM Central Indonesian Time, and the peak of the event started at 19.00 PM, inviting Ustadz Fandi and Gus Azmi.
“We are from the Badung Police, really support the activities of the one century prayer celebration of NU which are coupled with the Sholawat celebration and we will design and prepare security personnel. Of course, we will also collaborate with related agencies such as Satpol PP, Dishub, Pecalang, Banser and Pagar Nusa in terms of securing that activitie.” In conclusion, accompanied by the Head of Ops, Head of Intelligence and Security, Head of Community Binmas, Head of Propam, and Head of Public Relations of the Badung Resort Police.
